“ One of the best mazesobas I’ve had in Tokyo. There are quite a few options to choose from, so I’ll be back to try them all. I went with the salt soba and it was simple and tasty. Adding vinegar is a must. It seems quite popular and there was a line when I was there, but it moved fairly quickly. The staff was friendly and the service fast. This one os going on my favorites list. ”

“ Excellent mazesoba with lots of flavour, friendly staff and quick service. Order from the vending machine with cash. Orders in red seem to be recommended and we went with the 1,150 yen order that included the Taiwanese mince, charcoal cooked pork and soft egg. You choose your level of spiciness (LVL 0-3) when you give the ticket to the staff and take your seat. The mince already has a spice kick and there is chilli oil and pepper on the table. You can order small, medium or large noodles and they have the grams written on a piece of paper stuck to the window. Large doesn't cost anything extra. After you receive your mazesoba there are instructions on a card at the seats but you need to translate. Essentially mix very well and eat. After eating some add a couple swirls of vinegar and pepper to your liking and keep eating. When you get to the sauce left at the bottom you can order a small scoop of rice to add to finish it off. This is included in the 1,150 set order. Highly recommended! ”
